I recently had some thoughts while I have been on vacation. These thoughts have to do with what we would consider reality. I had a conversation with one of my daughters about this and it made her think about it. I haven’t yet got a well thought out response from her yet but maybe she will someday.
I have watched videos and seen video thumbnails on YouTube about the theory that we are living in a computer simulation, very much like in the Matrix movies, which is why there is a lot of Matrix references in these videos, especially red pill or blue pill. I do not believe we are in a computer simulation at all. I’m aware of the Mandela Effect and that’s a whole different topic because I don’t it has to do with a glitch in the program or CERN causing a shift in our reality. It could easily be explained by saying it is a coordinated effort by The Establishment to cause confusion. They run all the corporations so it is not beyond the realm of possibility for them to do a thought experiment via the CIA.
I believe we live in a fabricated reality. Well, maybe not exactly that. I do believe that everything we are told in any type of official media, like newspapers, tv news, Hollywood, radio, is all scripted.
I believe that bombs are being dropped somewhere and that people are dying for a disagreement or fight or just general mistrust that they do not have an active role in nor do they probably care what the cause of the bombs dropping is. They just want it to stop so they can go on with their lives. I genuinely feel sad for those people because I wouldn’t want it to be me, and no person should suffer and be collateral damage in something they didn’t start and didn’t actively participate in. I don’t believe anything that the Trump Administration says, especially Trump. One day he is saying we bombed Iran’s military into oblivion and the next day there’s news that Iran bombed a military base or a freighter. And I believe the confusion is intentional.
That is just an example.
I believe our everyday interactions with people and what we do is real and can’t possibly be scripted. We go to work, we eat, watch something, read something, listen to music, talk to a family member, wonder why there’s so much traffic, all of it real. I don’t believe the news we hear is all real. It almost seems like the government, news agencies and those on their payroll alleged to be independent, are all actors using the same script and they are constantly breaking what Hollywood calls the Fourth Wall, where an actor directly addresses the audience as part of the show. Except, the audience in this case is us, the plebians, the proletariats, the cattle. We are the people beyond the Fourth Wall. We are prodded and poked with information to elicit emotional reactions. We are thrown scraps of information, say illegal aliens, and then we line up on either side of the illegal aliens and shout at each other over the heads of the illegal aliens. It doesn’t have to be immigrants. It could be home prices, food prices, gas prices, flock cameras, utility prices, Ukraine, any hot button topic that causes people to move to Team Red or Team Blue, Team Elephant or Team Donkey.
And while have picked our sides and picked up our arguments, the Establishment steals more from us.
I’m beginning to believe that money is not real. All money is essentially a number in a bank ledger. It is real to the extent that it pays for stuff we need. But it only has meaning for us. It is another resource that can be restricted or cut off at the whim of the government, like water or electricity. Money has no meaning for the Establishment. If they need more, they write some new law to take from us and it will eventually be given to them.
A side rant. The government won’t solve problems, because their policies caused most of them. For instance, drugs. They could stop them at any time but they don’t, because that is how their lifestyle is financed. The biggest business for most global banks is laundering drug money for what we would consider legitimate companies. Most of the stock brokerages in the Far East were initially drug traffickers when the British Empire controlled the opium coming from China. The Iran/Contra disaster was centered around the CIA trafficking narcotics to fund their black ops. And the DEA is allegedly trying to stop it. Think about it. Our taxes were funding both the trafficking of the cocaine and also trying to stop it, while the inner cities of this county paid the price. I don’t believe the official leaked story that the CIA was fighting communism in Central America. I believe they were making it easier for American corporations to do business.
We are in a mess that we let happen. We could blame the Boomers for being greedy but I contend that any generation that had the opportunity that they had would have not done much different. We as humans are essentially self serving. We can do good deeds but we I would think if the decision was between us or a complete stranger, we would pick us. Like I said earlier, I feel horrible for the people who suffer the consequences of the actions of our trigger happy leaders, but I would not want it to be me. However, I do believe some day it will be me.
Everything is a fabrication, a cheap imitation of the real thing. Our food, our life skills, our jobs, our purpose in our daily lives. I don’t think it was an oversight that most Americans would initially starve if the food suppliers would shut down, or resort to violence, because they have forgotten the skills to survive. I’m talking about planting and maintaining a garden, and killing and butchering an animal, even tanning the skin to use for something else. We are told that the goals of the company we work for is of the utmost importance in the world. But most of what we produce is geared towards unnecessary overconsumption and preys on our insecurities and greed to have the latest whatever. We are told to seem like a good risk for a loan we must carry perpetual rotating debt at approximately 30% monthly interest rate for years, and then maybe we get a loan. It goes on and on.
I don’t know how to break the cycle. It would have to be a concerted effort by everyone. I canceled all my credit cards and plan to pay off my car loan by January (assuming the economy doesn’t disintegrate before then). I’m praying the economy lasts long enough so I can scrape together some money and buy some land in a remote place with a supply of water. It has taken too long for me to come to this conclusion, which is that I needed to stop playing a game that was rigged against me from birth with rules that are always changing so I can only progress so far. I think the best course for me, or anyone, is to stop participating in their game and learn to function and cooperate with my neighbor outside the lines.
