Trump is arresting a lot of former high ranking government officials. If he is not arresting them, he is laying out their corruption in Truth Central posts (dumbest, most ironic name ever). He is stoking the ire of his cultish MAGA followers.

Why he is doing it is because he is shifting attention away from all the AI data centers that are being built all across the country.

These facilities get government funding if they reach certain thresholds: $500M to build, 1,000,000 megawatts of electricity usage and almost 1,000,000 gallons of water per day.

Trump does not want anyone to pay attention to the construction of those data collection centers.

Trump is building his Golden Dome of total surveillance of everyone who lives in this country. The legal distraction of former government officials is a smokescreen.
