The federal government is going to attempt to do an end run on enforcing Biden’s latest overreach and unconstitutional vaccination mandates. He is going to use different government bureaucratic agencies such as OSHA to enforce the mandates. The rumors I have read is that OSHA will levy $14,000 fines for each violation. That is each and every single violation will cost $14,000.

You see, the executive branch and the bureaucracies they control know what they propose is unconstitutional. They know they are bypassing the legislative branch, Congress, who are the branch of government who are supposed to make laws. Mandates proposed set forth by executive orders signed by the pen of Biden are wannabe laws. They are things that they want to be laws but know the thing will never make it through the debate stage of House or Senate, if they make it out of the committees.

In the past, presidents would write legislation and then pass it on to their party cronies in Congress to hammer out the details and get it passed. FDR did this with socialist stepping stone legislation The New Deal. LBJ did this with his fiscally crippling New Society legislation. This is not how laws are supposed to be passed. In fact, these are not technically laws as much as politicians using taxpayer money to buy votes. And if we don’t comply to their scheme they will send their bureaucratic cronies armed with fines. Biden has decided to skip that step and just announce mandates as if he has the authority to do that.

If you haven’t figured it out, the Biden administration is assuming all authority and legislative process of the federal government. Biden (or probably more accurately to say his handlers) are daring the Supreme Court to overturn the mandates. Biden knows it will take some time for the cases to be heard by SCOTUS but to implement the fines will take far less time to establish. This is what they are banking on. Companies will enforce the vaccine mandates before they are levied the fines, and penalties on those fines if they are not paid in a timely manner, because the companies will not want to wait for the SCOTUS ruling.

It is unlawful and unconstitutional and bad politics and just outright dictatorial to forcibly coerce private companies to act as the police for ensuring that their employees and/or customers are complying to the vaccine mandates. As mentioned, they will levy fines and sanctions against companies that do not comply.

I do not know how some do not see these actions as authoritarian. We are no longer a republic. We are not of the people, by the people or for the people anymore. We are a country of 300 million plus people whose only function is to ensure the elites remain elite.
