Iceland’s chief epidemiologist Þórólfur Guðnason has finally come to a conclusion about the covid virus. He has recommended lighter restrictions for the country of Iceland amid the recent surge of cases despite an 85% full vaccination rate. He has concluded that herd immunity cannot be reached by vaccinations alone. He said the virus needs to run its course through natural infection which will help Iceland reach herd immunity.

It appears that Iceland’s chief epidemiologist (that is easier to write than his name) had bought into the false narrative that vaccinations are the way to herd immunity. He had appeared to believe that mask mandates, social distancing, lockdowns and whatever other draconian measure they could dream up. He has, I imagine he is an extremely educated and experience doctor, presumably decided against the prevailing conventional wisdom.

In other words, he has given up on trying to stop a microscopic virus with porous masks and fake distance protocols.

I said at the beginning of this fauxdemic that masks, distancing and lockdowns won’t stop the spread. Those measures will delay the inevitable: the spread of the virus. I said we need to let the virus run its course. It will anyway. I’m not a doctor but we all should know by now that a virus will spread and we as a society have to ride it out.

But the fear mongering Left don’t want to hear this. Dr. Bureaucrat Fauci is full of propaganda. It has been said by others, has anyone been more wrong than Fauci? The local weatherman has been right more often than Fauci. That’s not an easy thing because I live in New England.

The Left doesn’t care about success cases like the Scandinavian countries, especially Sweden. They care about reporting the failures and using the failures to stoke up the fear of their drones who then aggressively police the dissenters.

As Rand Paul had said recently, something got him banned from YouTube, we need to fight back. We need to push back on mask mandates and simply tell the wannabe overlords to shove it where the sun doesn’t shine.
